Edelrid X-P*e Weblink Rope 12.3mm X 40m

The Edelrid rope is a top quality rope which Skyland highly recommends. It has a nice smooth feel. It has high visibility with the bright yellow contrasting well with the blue. It is a step above other ropes on the market and if you want quality over price then this is the rope for you. 

This new termination called the Weblink is a Dyneema webbing material sewn onto the climbing line with a breaking strain of 15kN (approx 1.5 ton). The webbing is then protected by a plastic cover which also acts as a fall indicator which is triggered by an impact force of 6kN and a fall factor of 1. This indicator will show a red warning the user to discard.
