Any online orders made between the December 21st after 3 p.m. to Monday 2nd January will not be processed until Tuesday 3rd January and the shop will re-open on Wednesday the 4th January at 9:30 a.m.

Royal Mail do have strikes on the 23rd and 24th December which will result in the delay of some orders.

TRACK YOUR ORDER - please refer to your tracking number which was sent on shipment to the email address that you provided when ordering - your order can be tracked and the courier can be contacted if you are having issues. If you cannot find the email please check your Spam Box.

The couriers we use for the UK are DHL UK and Royal Mail. For international shipments we use DHL, UPS and FEDEX.

EMAILS are lightly monitored for any urgent enquiries.
