*Parcels dispatched for delivery to postcodes in Zone C and D are subject to a surcharge as outlined below.

Zone C

The Highlands, Northern Scotland, and Northern Ireland – postcodes.

On checkout, our postage software will determine whether you are in zone C or D which is classed as the non-mainland UK.

Zone D

Scottish Isles and the Channel Islands.

HS, IV41 - IV49, IV51, IV55, IV56, KA27 - KA28, KW15 - KW17, PA20, PA41 - PA49, PA60 - PA78, PH42 - PH44, ZE, IM, PO30 - PO49

On checkout, our postage software will determine whether you are in zone  C and D which is classed as the non-mainland UK.

• £1 - £99(inc VAT) order - £7.50 (inc VAT) Under 60cm length - Anything over will be refunded as it is oversized.
• £100+(inc VAT) order - £17.50 (inc VAT)

* NOTE: Some oversized items cannot be sent with our courier to zone C & D, you will be refunded and contacted.

Standard Mainland UK Delivery:

• FREE on orders over £99.99

• £4.95 - Orders up to £99.99
• Some large items such as pole saws, brushcutters etc may incur an additional postage charge. This cost will show when you add the item to your basket and update your delivery address details.

- Orders received on a working day (Mon-Fri) are dispatched within 1-5 working days. 
(Providing items are in stock, the stock availability shown on the website may not be a true reflection of real-time stock levels)

Any instructions to leave a parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour will be at your own risk.

Batteries - We cannot ship batteries to zone C & D or internationally

OIL - We cannot ship 20L/25L oils.

EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL

We can only ship items under 1 meter in length and under 30kg in weight.

Please note - We do not ship machines outside of the mainland UK.

• Oil and lubricants

Australia, New Zealand and Asis please email info@skylandequipent.com with a list of the items you want and your shipping address so we can provide a shipping quotation.

The buyer is responsible for additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

Placing orders online please note - 

• If Monday is a Bank Holiday then the order will be processed on Tuesday.
• Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on the following Monday.
• We use a number of different courier services and Royal Mail.
• We can track orders (except small orders through Royal Mail).
• If you supply the incorrect delivery address there will be a charge of £7.00 +VAT for administration if we have to rectify the issue with the courier.

Large Parcels

• Large parcels including pole saws or anything over 1.2m in length cannot be sent to zones C and D. Orders will be refunded. 
• Parcels  between 1.2cm and 1.5cm in length have a surcharge of £8.95 and can only be shipped to Zones A & B.
• Parcels 1.5cm and over have a surcharge of £20 and can only be sent to Zones A & B.
