In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 30 days of receipt* see Section 1.
PPE (helmets, carabiners, hardware, protective clothing, boots, ropes and harnesses) only have a 14 day return policy, all tags must still be attached and the original packaging otherwise it will be refused.
Section 1.
You must tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods (tracking details will prove the date) your item must be returned to us within 30 days of the date of receipt. All items will be thoroughly inspected on return. Refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving the item. If items are sent back after the 30 days then a 20% re-stocking fee will apply and any postage paid with the original order will not be refunded. This is due to the item (s) having to be checked over and tested for resale. If they are not acceptable they will be returned.
Section 2.
Please be advised all returned orders of unwanted goods will have a admin, unpacking and re -stocking return fee of £3.95, this will be taken from your shipping payment if your order was under £100, if your order was over £100 it will be taken from the total fee paid. If you return part of an order that qualifies for free delivery and the return item takes the total order below the £100 (free delivery) rate then we will deduct £3.95 from your refund for delivery for the initial order as this would have been charged originally. If you return an item and do not pay postage there will be a £10 fee to cover the costs that we receive from Royal Mail as we will be charged this fee. If your item is refused at your delivery address and returned to us you will be refunded minus a fee of £3.95.
Section 3.
Please be advised if your order includes a delivery charge and we agree to your request after 30 days from delivery due to customer error you will incur an administration fee of postage paid on order date.
Section 4.
After 30 days of you receiving the goods (tracking will prove the date) we have the right to refuse the return. PPE will be automatically refused.
Section 5.
You will have to pay postage both ways unless we made the picking error. Shipping quotations will be provided for replacing items.
Orders returned are refunded minus postage unless we supplied you with a damaged or incorrect item, the full amount would then be refunded.
Orders returned because the recipient refuses to pay any duty fees charged by their country will be refunded minus the postage and any additional fees charged by the courier.
If you refuse the parcel at customs, we will refund you minus the postage costs.
Section 6.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that ensures you the total value of the goods.
If we receive a returned garment outside of the 30-day exchange period we reserve the right to return the item to you without it being refunded.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Section 8.
We will only refund card payments to the card from which the original purchase was made.
Section 9.
When trying on items such as clothing, harnesses and PPE, please ensure that you are not soiled which may leave marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled or damaged by the user in any way. Soiled items are classes as used. Any labels and tags must also be intact and the item returned in its original undamaged packaging otherwise we will not refund the item in full.
Section 10.
REFUSED PARCELS
If you refuse the parcel from the courier (UK) there will be a charge of £10+vat unless we have asked you to refuse.
Section 11.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you have given us the incorrect address and the parcel has been dispatched then this is the issue of the buyer, we cannot refund or replace the order. The buyer must wait for the return to us (can take upto 3 weeks) or check the local Dispatch Office (Royal Mail) or DHL Depot to see if there parcel is waiting for collection.
If you want to exchange an item for a different size then a postal charge of £4.95 is to be paid. We can send you an online invoice or you can phone on 0151-345-9971 to pay by card.
Section 13.
If your parcel has been delivered but stolen from your property we can only refund if you did not ask for the parcel to be left in a safeplace. We will refund once we have had verification from the courier that you did not ask for the parcel to be left in a safeplace. This can take upto 60 days. you may be asked to fill out a form from the courier that delivered before any refund is made.
Section 14.
WARRANTIES
MACHINES
The original invoice must be provided before we can start the process for any warranty work. If you cannot bring it into our workshop you must must pay for the shipping costs of the item both ways. Shipping costs both ways is wavered if the damage falls into Section 1.
The charge to have it returned to the UK Mainland is £10, to non- mainland UK please contact us.
PPE - All successful warranty claims will have the item repaired or replaced with the exact product that was purchased.
The buyer must cover the cost of postage (if needed) back to us - we will cover the cost of the new item to be replaced out to the buyer. Shipping costs both ways is wavered if the damage falls into Section 1.
