It also complies with additional certifications tailored to the specific requirements of the regions where it's utilized.

Our hipSTAR Glide boasts certifications including:

1 Person load: 

  • EN 358:2018
  • EN 795B:2012
  • ANSI Z133-2017
  • AS 1891.5:2020 (only 12.9 mm version)

2 Person load:

  • AS/NZS 5532:2013
  • CEN/TS 16415:2017

ensuring its compliance with rigorous safety standards globally. Offering versatility in application, the hipSTAR Glide is certified with:Catalyst 3 wrap

  • Distel 4 wrap
  • Valdotain 4+3 wraps
  • Michoacan 5 wraps knots

Additionally, including an 8 mm Sirius polyester cord with a prusikLOOP thimble provides an extra mounting point, further expanding its functionality. Continuing the tradition of interchangeability, all components remain easily replaceable, allowing for customization tailored to individual needs.
