The strap is wide and rigid in order to avoid twisting. It can be used as an anchorage or deviation point. Rings made of forged aluminium alloy for a better abrasion and shock resistance. The two ends of the strap are identifiable using a colour code on the aluminium rings which are made by ISC. The Alloy used is 7000 series hardened by thermal treatment. It is one of the most resistant aluminium alloys and is often used in the aeronautics sector.
